Buyer reviewI was thinking about purchasing an investment property in the desert but was not really sure where to start. A friend had recommended Stella after closing several transactions with her. Stella is an excellent agent. She took time to understand the type of investment I was looking for and was extremely patient as we toured many of the local golf communities. I had mentioned that my family was interested in joining a country club near the home we purchased. From that moment on not only did we tour homes but she also arranged for us to tour all the corresponding country clubs. Once under contract, Stella stayed on top of all the details and made excellent referrals for Inspectors and vendors. The transaction could not have gone smoother and I highly recommend Stella to anyone looking for a stellar agent!!
