This review is in regards to Stephanie Berry who acted as my wife and I's real estate agent for the purchase of our home in Fort Bragg, CA.  We cannot say enough good things about Stephanie.   The best, most valuable and absolutely critical trait Stephanie has is her commitment to timely and thorough communication.  We were very particular about what we wanted and looked at probably 15 or so homes. Any time we called (or emailed) if she didn't pick up she always called us back within an hour, even when she was on vacation! Stephanie really listened and took the time necessary to understand what we were looking for. On top of that the whole experience was truly pressure-free. We ended up closing on our dream home in April of 2017 and we could not be happier!    We could not have done this without all her help and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is ever considering buying property in the in the Fort Bragg area.  She is exceptionally knowledgeable of the property purchasing process and the area. The whole process was stress free as could be expected and we closed exactly on schedule which meant the world to us.  Thank you, Stephanie, from the bottom of our hearts!
