There always seems to be some snafu that comes up like title issues or boundary issues and Stephanie always goes over and above in navigating any issues that arise. The staging she sets up in homes is awesome. Stephanie definitely has an eye for decorating and making the home look welcoming. ????? 5 stars, would highly recommend.

She was responsive, informed, friendly and was on top of every aspect from start to finish. She took photos for me to see the current condition, staged the house herself, and even offered to rake the yard! The listing photos and description were very appealing. The house had multiple offers in 3 days and sold over ask! That house sold so much faster than most propertirs in the area. I give Stephanie all the credit for that. Stephanie Casper is the best real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
