I could tell she was very driven, and knowledgeable as well as very informative. She sold me as being the right realtor for the job within 5 minutes! Within two days the listing went live online and in less than 6 hours was informed of a verbal offer! By the next morning we were given a written offer which was accepted! Closing in less than three weeks for the entire process was quick and easy! We we're definitely grateful for Stephanie and the work she done for us!
