Buyer reviewFrom start to finish, she helped make this stressful endeavor easier to manage. She worked around our busy work schedules. The houses we viewed were what we asked her to find. I never felt pressured to buy. In the end, we found the perfect house for us. At closing she explained what the escrow agent did not. That was SO helpful!! Thank you Stephanie!! In closing, I felt what she did best was listen to us. She didn't waste our time. I would highly recommend her services!

Stephanie Cress was always available and willing to show more properties, to make changes to searches, to work with other professionals on the other side of a contingent sale. Stephanie Cress was professional and ALWAYS kept me appraised of what was happening. I have always had problems with realtors in the past, feeling like I was left in the dark, or like I wasn't being given all the information or an honest assessment. None of that happened with Stephanie Cress. She was honest, incredibly reliable and BY FAR the absolute best real estate agent I have every worked with. I will be reccomending her to everyone I know in need of an agent. This was a complicated transaction, occurring over the holidays. And she was never out of touch and worked so diligently for me. I was truly impressed and could not be more appreciative.

Buyer reviewIf you're looking for a great real estate agent that knows her stuff, then you're going to want Stephanie Cress! She listens to you and what you're looking for, and then she finds the best houses to show you. She also knows the area very well. We are probably a little pickier than most people, but she never let that bring her down. She just kept finding more and more houses to show us with a smile on her face knowing that eventually she would find us our home. Stephanie is also a master negotiator when it comes to the contract and everything else. We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent than Stephanie.

She scheduled me viewings of houses that fit my needs till we found the one I wanted to bid on. We went through this process several times and she just tried harder and harder to help me find another.
