Seller reviewStephanie had a game plan to sell and was prepared with comps to support her recommendations, compared to the other agents I spoke to who didn't. The house sold in three days. We had several offers and she did an excellent job explaining the details so I could make the best decision She understood my mobility challenges, concern for covid and did the best to work around them including suggestions so I wouldn't have extra work after each showing. I commend her professional interest in everything and concern for getting the best deal for selling my house and was pleased by her listening and attention to details. It was an honor to work with her.

My ratings are not made by rote responses, but how I experienced Stephanie as exemplary on all of these attributes. At each step of the way, Stephanie was on it, even ahead of it, and helping me understand and make decisions I needed to make. As someone who was accomplishing the purchase of a home from out of state, Stephanie provided my sales experience as being excellent. I am not very computer literate, but Stephanie was patient, considerate, and communicated my needs in this regard, to others, such as the Title agent at Closing in order to expedite the transaction. Buyer reviewIt was a dark and stormy Sunday, the kind of day other real estate agents may well have curled up with a book and hot chocolate. Stephanie was no common real estate agent, however. Quickly checking her phone as she pulled in to the drive of the house to show, she noticed her buyers were already there. She chugged the remaining Shadrachs in her cup, replaced the empty cup to the center console cup holder, and jumped from her Jeep, briskly closing the distance from her car to the garage overhang, seeking even a meager respite from the foul weather. "Are you ready to see the house? We'll go in through the front door." The group marched on the sidewalk to the front door, wiped their feet, and trickled in through the door. "Oh my gosh, this entry-way is beautiful!" The woman in the group was excited. Stephanie presumed this was the wife.
