Buyer reviewThis was a first for me and I was VERY nervous. Stephanie kept me calm. She knew when things were stressful and remained calm and very positive. She hears you. That alone is HUGE. I was afraid that I would be buying a house that someone pushed on me. Not so with Stephanie. I got the house that I wanted. She gave me informed advice through the whole process. She was patient, knowledgeable and informative. Couldn't have done this without her!

Buyer reviewStephanie was great the entire time and was able to walk me through everything step-by-step and explain what was going on in terms I understood. She listened to what I was looking for and delivered houses that matched that criteria, which I had problems with in dealing with other realtors in the past. Stephanie was also very helpful when I had to switch mortgage brokers in the middle of purchase and was able to recommend someone she has worked with in the past that got me a better deal then the previous broker provided.
