Stephanie made sure that I felt comfortable with each decision even down to picking colors and such for the new construction. Stephanie made it a point to attend every visit with the Seller, Contractor and everyone involved, which gave me the comfort of knowing I had support the whole time. If at any time I didn't understand something, even without saying so, Stephanie could sense it and either asked for clarification from whomever we were talking to or would explain it to me in a way that made sense to me, which was really nice.
