Stephanie was always pointing things out on the tours that we might have missed and that was very helpful. She knew where the better parts of town were and typically if the homes were single family or income producing homes. She was EXTREMELY important on negotiating/offering and without her we would've never closed on a home. We had no idea what the market was going to do or where we needed to be to get an offer accepted, but she had some recommendations that we were comfortable with and we got one!
