Buyer reviewWe have purchased several homes over the years. However, this was the first time working with Stephen. He was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. It took us a long time to find the right house over two years. At no time during the process did Stephen ever rush us or lose his patience. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and reliable. He always answered his phone and text messages and worked around my crazy schedule even showing homes on nights and weekends and last minute. When we finally found the home he was able to even negotiate furniture and appliances in the sale price. He was even at our inspection and signing. I would absolutely recommend Stephen Burright to anyone looking at purchasing a home.

Buyer reviewworking with Stephen was awesome just as it was last time I had some issues with Klickitat County with their title company and their listing agent but there were no issues with stephen he did everything that he said he was going to do and he even helped out with a few things also I would strongly recommend him any time for anybody that is willing to look for a house or sell their house he is probably one of the best agents out there very honest very outgoing everything went smooth same as it did last time I use him thank you again Stephen very much

Buyer reviewStephen was very knowledgeable regarding the greater Kelso/Longview properties. I was in my home state of CA most of the time, and Stephen was always taking care of any issues right away. The seller of our property was also out of the country, so it was great to have Stephen coordinate with the sellers agent (even though he was not really too cooperative at times). We are very happy to finally have a very nice piece of acreage to build our retirement home. We would highly recommend Stephen Burright to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.
