Buyer reviewWhen my home search began, I was just calling the listing agent when I saw a house that I might be interested in. One of those listing agents refused to work that way, so she sent Steve. We just seemed to hit it off, he's intelligent, he pays attention to what I'm asking, he knows most of the answers to my questions or he knows how to look up what I need, basically just a nice guy who seems to know what he's doing. This was a particularly difficult seller, and listing agent, but Steve was there and on top of things all the way. I'm grateful that he convinced me to "sleep on it" a couple of times, when I was ready to walk away because of what ever stupid thing the seller was doing at the moment. I'm an email person ... virtually every communication while showing me houses and purchasing this one was made via email. Steve was more than happy to work that way, and was quick and concise with every message exchange. All in all, Steve worked really hard to get this done, and I'm probably a more difficult than average buyer.
