Buyer reviewWhen I started looking at coastal properties, I provided my personal information on many real estate websites. Stephen reached out and I answered his call. We chatted and hit it off quickly. Stephen is professional, knowledgeable, and he went out of his way to go see and video condos at my request, as we are out of state. When we were able to get there in person (with very little lead time), Stephen arranged for us to see the properties I requested, plus he had a few others ready to show us. We ended up making an offer on one and Stephen was fantastic through the entire process from making the offer through after closing on the property. Not only is Stephen a great real estate agent, we now consider him a friend. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking at property in the area. Everything went incredibly smoothly, he communicated with us every step of the way, and we are beyond satisfied and thrilled with our purchase!

Buyer reviewStephen was excellent to work with and very professional. He listened to what we were wanting in a second home and the price range we wanted to stay in. He gave very good guideance on what was going on in the market and with HOA's in some of the community. This was very helpful in determining which communities to persue and ones to be caution about. He also went the extra mile in helping get little checklist cosmetic things taken care of. While we were out of town most of the time, it was really helpful having Stephen there to manage the inspection and keep me updated on how the closing was going. Excellent agent who wants to help people get the right property for them and not just make a sale. We would defintely recommend Stephen to others for their needs. Great Experience!!!
