Buyer reviewSteve Thielsen was amazing!! This home purchase was challenging due to an uncommunicative lender using an inefficient process, and the seller's cash backup offer pressuring for us to fall out of escrow. None of those issues stopped Steve from getting me through escrow & closing timely! He constantly followed up with the lender to keep the process moving and more than once provided duplicate information when the lender misplaced it or didn't realize they already had it. The lender also wanted to see the title to the home which the seller was unable to find. This was an unusual request, and was holding up our closing, so Steve did some research and found a legal way to get around providing the title. Steve's good relationship with the escrow agent allowed me to sign loan docs on a Saturday so the weekend didn't delay my closing! I have recommended Steve before and will continue to do so. He is THE BEST!!

When I decided to look to buy in Petaluma she immediately gave me Steve's name and number. He was very knowledgeable about neighborhoods in Petaluma and Sonoma County (I also looked at homes in Rohnert Park and Cotati) including street noise as I desired a quiet neighborhood. My entire experience was GREAT and I would recommend Steve to anyone looking for property in Sonoma County!

Seller reviewThis is the second time I have counted on Steve's expertise. Each time he has gone over & above my expectations. Right before showing the house I noticed a glass closet door was missing. Steve was kind enough to use his truck & go with me to pick up a new door & install it. He also helped with a repair inside the house and set me up to have the house staged to ensure my home was presented well for potential buyers. Steve always makes himself available or gets right back to me when I have questions. He is an excellent communicator and his knowledge and expertise of the real estate market and the paperwork really comes through when he shares the why behind any recommendations he makes. Steve Thielsen is THE BEST realtor and a terrific and caring person. I will be working with him again on my next home purchase!!
