Stephen Travali was an excellent realtor. He made the house-buying process for a first time home-buyer easy and straightforward. I did an extensive internet search for a realtor and Steve had the best and most recent reviews. I also noticed that the majority of his testimonials dealt with property in Enfield, which was the main town we were looking at buying in. He did not disappoint with his local knowledge and also his attention to detail when viewing homes. The first house we saw together he did his due-diligence to inspect the house thoroughly. He was able to spot insulation in the attic that, more probable than not, contained asbestos. With this knowledge we stopped the rest of the viewing and moved on. It was refreshing to work with a realtor who had our best interests at heart. When we found the perfect home for my wife and I, Steve wrote up the offer for the house that night. He made suggestions for the offer, with the biggest one being to write a personal message to the sellers. This ended up being the best thing as it was the deciding factor for the sellers to go with us over another offer. This personal detail, again, showcased how well Steve knew the business and that choosing the right realtor can make all of the difference. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Steve to family and friends looking to buy or sell a home.

Steve was awesome! He gave good insight on the properties we looked at. He was not pushy and did not rush me in my search. We had alot of fun at each house I looked at.
