Seller reviewI met Steve in 1994 when I purchased my first home in Chico. When I decided to sell my home, I of course called Steve. He is reliable, well connected*, experienced and trustworthy. I believe that Steve always has the best interest of his clients in mind when making decisions. *Steve's connection with Inspection Companies and General Contractors greatly decreased typical waiting periods for inspections and repairs. This enabled the sale of my home to run smoothly and in a timely manner.

Once we decided to list our property, Steve understanding of the local market allowed us to price at a point to create traffic and interest. Working through the offer, acceptance, and escrow went smoothly as Steve knew the process very well. Overall, life would be a lot easier if there were more people like Steve.

Steve was very good at keeping us up to speed on property values and I told him he would be our broker when we sold it. We've bought and sold many properties and we know that working with a broker who knows the area and the market is most important. Steve is very knowledge in both aspects. He also works the sale quickly once both parties have agreed to a deal. He kept me informed every step of the way. If I ever get the opportunity to purchase another house in Chico, Steve will definitely be our broker. I highly recommend him.
