Steve Mumm is the consummate realtor - his demeanor is genuine and professional, and he has a very extensive real estate knowledge base - in general and specifically related to the Priest Lake, Idaho market. He stays on top of the sale process and is very responsive - always providing a timely response to messages and quick follow through on items requiring action! Steve puts together an intelligent and strategic marketing strategy that includes outstanding interior and aerial photography. I would definitely recommend him to anyone for any type of real estate sale!

I think he went beyond his duties to stay on top of the sale, making sure all parties understood what needed to be done in order to get it closed. This was kind of a white elephant home to sell. I can't say enough good words about Steve and the way he handled the sale. So glad we found Steve. He was a referral from a friend/realtor!
