A death in the family required our immediate, unplanned out of state relocation. The eventual buyer of the property had challenges with the buyer of his property. Steve Roberson updated me via email, text or phone as soon a he became aware of issues relative to the sale (he did so whether the news was good or bad which impressed me greatly). Additionally, he provided me with excellent repair personnel and even reduced his commission to assist in this area. Two previous buyers of my property defaulted and Steve would call, present my options and give me his gut feeling on what our next move should be ("gut" may not be a professional term but it is essential when sharing years of experience which Steve did). The buyer of my property was represented by another agent in your office but another company was representing that buyer on the sale of the property in which he was living. Once your agent became the representative of both the sale of that buyer's property and his purchase of mine, the sale became a smoother process. The agent and Steve communicated openly and frequently, often forwarding me their emails without modification. The added benefit of having the escrow with your company was an immense advantage. I was able to contact Steve and/or the escrow agent at any time and they or a representative was able to satisfactorily answer any and all questions. I have 3 adult children who own property in the area and would "insist" they use Steve Roberson if they wanted to avoid most (if not all) of the headaches inherent in real estate transactions.

I met Steve through his involvement at Downey Los Amigos Kiwanis club. The manner in which he conducts himself in both private and group settings, his heart for and service to the community, the love he shows for his family and wife, Darlene, all speak of his excellent character. I find Steve consistently professional, personable and trustworthy.
