Buyer reviewSteve dedicates himself to his profession and you can tell he has a passion for serving others. He is knowledgeable about the process of buying a home, especially in my case having to do much of my house search from out of state. Once Steve was able to hone in on my family's needs for house and property, he did a great job of finding us prospective houses and properties in an area that didn't have much of a selection that fit our needs. Steve was also great in guiding me through the process of buying a home while at the same time moving cross country. Buyer reviewSteve King is the best! Not only did we get the house we wanted, but he helped us understand how to best negotiate with the sellers. Because of Steve, we got the sellers to give us a huge stack of wood, a trailer for a truck, a gravel spreader, and a washer and dryer! Steve is awesome, and I couldn't ask for a better agent!
