As an experienced Real Estate Professional, we will make sure that you are always well-informed in regard to these decisions - especially as they pertain to real estate. We will also help you with some of the difficult conversations you may have to have with family members and other heirs. If you haven't yet secured the services of a competent probate attorney, we can help you choose one whose good work we know and are comfortable recommending.

We'll help you at every step along the way and do everything possible to steer you clear of the minefields. Of course, you'll still have to make some interesting choices, but having us as an advisor by your side makes the task significantly less lonely.

It was great working with Stevens team. I think one of the best things about working with Steven's team was that they told us the truth about a home. They would not push us to buy a home if the home was too badly damage. They would suggest to keep moving forward in the search. I really loved that about the team. It removed a lot of the anxiety from home purchasing. Almost made it a little bit enjoyable. I also loved the communication. I know I must have frustrated the team with all my questions throughout the day. They always managed to respond to me right away. Even during their vacation time(sorry). I would highly recommend Steven's teams at Century 21.

We wondered why Steven Padilla asked if he could be the last Realtor we interviewed and we were not disappointed. Steven is the complete professional, understood the Probate process, offered great suggestions, was familiar with the area and had a marketing plan that was as good as others if not better. Steven provided great feedback, displayed patience and was available when we needed him to be. He understood how to price the home, which created a bidding war and caused the home to sell over asking price. The Family was totally satisfied with the attention and effort Steven gave. He is the go to Realtor to get the job done! Because he truly has the Client's best interest at heart.
