I went threw 2 different agents before Steven . They where not professional and was only looking into me purchasing a house right away . When I met Steven he was completely the opposite. He sat with me and my wife and we talked about what I was looking into. He was super understanding and pacient with me you can tell his been doing his work for over 33 years. The process was so smooth and fast thanks to Steven . He made me feel like he was not my agent more like a friend and that is what I like more about him . He made sure all my questions where answered when ever I asked him something. Steven Padilla's attention to detail and recognizing the needs of my mother did not go unnoticed! He allowed an extension on escrow closing to allow her time to move to her next residence. Steven made himself available at all times, even on Sundays, to respond to and answer questions anytime we posed to him. If you're looking for a real estate agent who will definitely place your best interest ahead of his own, Steven Padilla is the guy to call!!!!

We gave Steven 2 houses to sell right before the Coronvirus Pandemic and we were afraid that they wouldn't sell. But Steven and his team came through. Like Steven said there are serious buyers out there that want to buy a home. If you are thinking about Selling or Buying don't hesitate and call Steven. I highly recommend him!!
