We selected Steve since he came highly recommended by our son and daughter-in-law. He was their agent and they appreciated his insights and comments as they searched for a house. He understood their needs and showed them appropriate houses. Due to a Trust we had set up 6 years ago things did not go as easily as we had expected in the sale of our PA home. Steve was knowledgeable about the specifics of what needed to happen and he worked with our son ( the Trustee) and our PA agent to make the closing take place as planned. We are indebted to him! He is an asset to your company!! He certainly is all of the above but what was so appreciated we're his timely updates, his knowledge of our unique situation and the fact that he is honest and trustworthy!

From beginning to end Steven was kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He made excellent points during our walkthroughs, explained the process in layman terms and eased my anxiety when looking through houses. It's very obvious that he has been doing this for quite some time. He was quick with his responses to our questions and handled any issues quickly and effectively.
