Once again Steve Tamburello did an awesome job. This is my second time going with him as my realtor. For this sale my business partner and I were rehabbing a home to resell. Steve came by at the beginning of the process to give his advice on what buyers would be looking for. When we finished renovations he came by to take beautiful photos of the house and get it listed. While he was on vacation he negotiated with the buyers and we were under contract within a week. Steve is always reachable and quick to respond to any questions that you might have. Even though Steven took 2 week off for vacation during the buying process he was still reachable through emails and text and responded quickly. The best thing about Steven besides his professionalism and patience with me was his knowledge and experience with VA loans and the process. I had a terrible loan officer and had it not been for Steven I would have never closed on the house in time and I would have been lost and confused due to my loan officers misleading information.
