Buyer reviewSteve has been my relator since my first ever home purchase and now as my agent for buying and selling investment properties. This was my 3rd overall transaction with him. He continues to go above and beyond to get the transaction done. For this purchase we were buying a bank owned property. The bank become difficult to work with during closing but Steve stayed on top of them to make sure we were able to get the transaction done. He's always super quick to respond to emails and is excellent at navigating the always interesting closing process. He is also able to provide helpful design advice for our renovations. Having been on both the buying and selling side with Steve multiple times I would highly recommend him. Thank you Steve!

Seller reviewOnce again Steve Tamburello did an awesome job. This is my second time going with him as my realtor. For this sale my business partner and I were rehabbing a home to resell. Steve came by at the beginning of the process to give his advice on what buyers would be looking for. When we finished renovations he came by to take beautiful photos of the house and get it listed. While he was on vacation he negotiated with the buyers and we were under contract within a week. Steve is always reachable and quick to respond to any questions that you might have. Buyer reviewEven though Steven took 2 week off for vacation during the buying process he was still reachable through emails and text and responded quickly. The best thing about Steven besides his professionalism and patience with me was his knowledge and experience with VA loans and the process. I had a terrible loan officer and had it not been for Steven I would have never closed on the house in time and I would have been lost and confused due to my loan officers misleading information.
