Even though Steven took 2 week off for vacation during the buying process he was still reachable through emails and text and responded quickly. The best thing about Steven besides his professionalism and patience with me was his knowledge and experience with VA loans and the process. I had a terrible loan officer and had it not been for Steven I would have never closed on the house in time and I would have been lost and confused due to my loan officers misleading information.

Steve went above and beyond throughout our house search. He answered emails almost instantly, was understanding, and thoughtful when we ran into road blocks. He was on time for all appointments and answered all our questions about the area. He even had great suggestions on restaurants and places to go around the area we moved to. And it was so thoughtful to have the picture taken with the sold sign and then printed and framed mailed to us. I appreciated it greatly!
