I couldn't of asked for a better realtor than Steven Tamburello. I had no experience purchasing a home and he made the entire process as smooth as can be. I had specific requirements and I never felt pressured into a place that didn't meet my expectations completely. He is super quick to respond to email and he always had good recommendations for contractors, inspectors, etc. Even after being under contract he took time out of his day to meet me at the property so I could get quotes from contractors on work I wanted to start as soon as we closed. And when my mortgage company was being uncooperative he put the necessary pressure on them to make sure we still closed on time. Thank you Steve!
