After an introductory phone call to set up an appointment with you, I drove to Utah to make your acquaintance and on June 7, 2017 you took me to explore properties in Cedar City and the surrounding areas, but little did I know of the adventure I was about to embark on with you! At this particular point and time in my life I've found myself without any surviving family. I was uncertain what my plans were, would I stay in Tehachapi, California, or would I venture off to live in a new State? One thing for certain, I needed to interact with an extraordinary person in order for this transition to work! Things happen for a reason and our meeting was not by chance. When we met for the first time, I immediately knew you were kind, honest, extremely punctual and you unequivocally have your client's best interests in mind! Associates I met in your field all speak highly to your kind nature, integrity and knowledge, and I concur. With all my sincerity, I trusted you in all aspects of our transactions, implicitly! Stormy, you have been everything I would never have expected from an Agent/Broker and you have been nothing short of being absolutely phenomenal! So here we are, it's November 21st, we're about to close on a magnificent home, one I never would have imagined owning. Oh Stormy, all the trials and tribulations I must have put you through. On a more personal note, I'm very proud of the fact that Cody, Ashley and You are truly the first friends I've made here in Utah, including Anngie and Howard as my new neighbors! Stormy Bullock did an excellent job for me. I don't live in the area and I don't know what I would have done without her. She was my contact in the area. I don't live in Cedar City and she took all of the responsibility and details off my hands. She contacted me when she needed approval to do something with the property and kept me informed of all important issues related to the leases and eventual sale. Couldn't have been easier or better. Stormy was way over and above anything I could have expected. I am so grateful to her for making everything so easy for me. She took everything off my hands and all I had to do was sign the paperwork.

This was my first experience buying a home. Stormy was excellent at answering any questions I had and helping me out when I was getting frustrated with the process. I switched lenders during the process and she directed me to someone that was very helpful and that was able to approve me and get the ball rolling again. Stormy also went out of her way when it came time to show homes to meet us later in the day which was very nice. When we got the keys to the home it had some cleaning that still needed to be done. Stormy got a hold of the other realtor to try to get it taken care of, although they didn't help that fact that she tried was awesome!

Stormy is very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, reliable and resourceful. I met her through my grandchildren and new instantly I wanted to use her for my agent in Utah. She's a HUMBLE Professional and that is a VIRTUE that's hard to find in your industry. At my age and experience you learn how to READ people (not judge). My husband and I own and bought and sold numerous properties through out our lives. Stormy Bulloch is a valuable asset to your company as she was to us in our property purchase!
