Buyer reviewStormy Bulloch proved to be a wonderful agent to work with. I reached out to her to assist my wife and I in locating a property in Cedar City. I am a very hands on type of client and simply want good communication and to be represented with my interest in mind. Stormy really did a great job from start to finish. She is super patient (the seller we bought from had expectations out of market), she is great at replying to communications which is very important to me, she is thorough and follows up on items in a very timely fashion. She also is committed to getting things right! We had a roofing issue that came up at the last moment - and although the seller agreed to cover the expenses - Stormy was out front and was willing to cover the costs if the seller did not. Buyer reviewFrom the very first time I talked with stormy she was kind and genuine. Stormy actually cared what I wanted and what I was looking for. She herself would point out things that I didnt see or may have not noticed. From things both good and bad about the house to things good and bad about the location of the houses. She was very attentive to what I wanted and made sure to ask and understand that things were how I wanted them. I honestly could not rate Stormy high enough on her respectful, friendly, kind and professional manor. Day or night she responded to my text or calls. Even when she was busy she would take a moment to answer or respond letting me know she was busy but would respond shortly. I have bought a home before and have delt with many realtors. Stormy has been the best realtor I have delt with by far! Had never had any previous dealings with Stormy before my search for a home in the cedar city area. She was not the only realtor I delt with in this area. She was definitely the last. In my opinion if you are looking for a place in the cedar area and Stormy Bulloch is not your realtor you have the wrong realtor.
