Sue Clark once again proved her experience in evaluating both property value and sales expertise - as she guided us through this unexpected sale. She predicted the realistic sales price, she provided substantiated and continual information and important guidance on inspection items, based upon contract type and kept the deal in place, even after a buyer sale temporarily delayed the process. We also regret we did NOT follow her recommendation to use a local probate attorney. This mistake made communication difficult, cumbersome and almost impacted the property closing. Listen to her!
