Seller reviewSue Mawer is simply a great real estate broker. She handled the sale of my elderly parents' home in Magalia. She priced the home correctly for the market, found a buyer (one that could close) quickly and kept the process moving. She handled all the hiccups that normally come with the territory wonderfully and provided great advice about inspections and repairs. She handled any issues that arose promptly and had a great common sense way of addressing concerns and keeping all parties on track for the closing. She was very kind to my parents and went out of her way to anticipate their need and make things easier for them including getting the closing relocated to the house so my parents would not have to travel to the closing. She was always easy to communicate with, always responsive and had a great understanding of the market and the process of home buying and selling. She is the best real estate broker I have ever worked with and I highly recommend her.

She went above and beyond several times for us, with special requests, meeting our contractor at the house and coming down to Chico to make it easier for us to sign some paperwork. I would recommend Sue Mawer to all of my friends and family. I wouldn't work with anyone else!
