Sue was absolutely amazing we will recommend her highly! We couldn't have Sked for a nicer and more knowledgeable relator. She was in constant correspondence with us and answered all of our questions. I have bought and sold 9 previous homes and she is by far the best realtor I have ever had!!!

We realize how frustrating it can probably be to deal with somebody that doesn't know how to buy a home. We think Sue was our greatest asset in accomplishing the purchase of our new home. We were extremely happy with the way that everything went even though some of the parts of the process were frustrating at times.

Great lady and extremely professional

As the Seller's sister and a Realtor in the Jackson, Michigan Area, I was directly involved in the preparation of the property and the selection of listing agent. I had done the comps for the property and noticed that Sue St. John listed and sold most of the "co-ops" in the neighborhood. It was so important to me that we have an area expert help my parents sell this property that, while I could have gone through our internal referral system, I reached out to Sue St. John directly and referred the listing without requesting compensation. Sue St. John knew exactly what was needed to market the property. Her communication was great and patience exceptional, especially dealing with the meddling Realtor Sister, the absent direct seller and the very hands-on savvy Investor/Parents. The only shortcoming is what I perceive as the company's lack of fully use of the Showingtime system. While I was directly involved in the process, neither my parents nor I were directly contacted regarding FYI showing notice or feedback following showings. I know this is an option as my company uses Showingtime. I was puzzled about C-21 not using this as a communication tool. I had to ask a couple of times for feedback and showing stats which are easily accessible through Showingtime. I think this communication opportunity is a great but under-used option for Sue's office. Sue St. John was the right agent for the job. She knew the area and what to expect. Sue was able to work with Buyer's Agents who were unfamiliar with the in's and out's of the co-op process and was a watch-guard for offers that didn't match the criteria. I know this was far from the the biggest sale on her plate but she was patient, attentive and helpful for my parents who were dealing with a difficult circumstance. Thank you, Sue St.John!

Sue had sold a condo on my court a couple of years prior to me selling. She had come out to give my an appraisal but I decided not to sell my condo at that time. When I did call her, she was very easy to get in touch with, set up a fast, convenient appointment, was knowledgeable, knew the area, did everything that needed to be done quickly and was very easy to work with.
