Hello! My name is Sue Barchik, and I am an Associate Broker for Century 21 Covered Bridges Realty (C21CBR) . In March 2025, I will celebrate my 35th year as a REALTOR. I've had the opportunity to own other companies, create the C21CBR Relocation Dept., manage a Satellite office of C21CBR, and participate in the management of both Company locations.
Maya Angelou once said, "My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style." While working in, thru, and with the real estate community, I think it is important to have passion for the profession and to continue to improve my skills. It is of upmost importance to have empathy for my clientele and for the Sales Professionals who work for me. Buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions a person makes, and the role their salesperson plays in crucial. My role is to be a knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate leader. Humor is essential. Sometimes, all I can do is laugh because a particular situation is so unbelievable! Lastly, style: I have my own, as we all do. Again, it is my goal to be professional while personable and approachable.

Seller reviewThe era of the pandemic played heavily in the timing of the closing as the buyers were an older couple from Long Island New York. Things became a bit tricky right before closing and Sue Barchik was able to navigate the situation with ease and managed to keep me calm as well. I truly appreciated being able to work through this sale with someone I have known for many years. I felt confident that she understood my particular situation. Sue provided highly professional guidance and direction through all phases of the sale. I would highly recommend Sue to sellers and buyers in our area.

Seller reviewSusan was very helpful from the beginning of the paperwork as I wanted everything checked by nephew before I signed the contract. She always emailed papers to be checked or contacted him by phone.She said she had inquires right away but wanted to wait until 9/1 to start bringing people into the house By 9/4 she had a buyer that she would accept the offer. She was always right on top of everything.
