Hello! My name is Sue Barchik, and I am an Associate Broker for Century 21 Covered Bridges Realty (C21CBR) . In March 2025, I will celebrate my 35th year as a REALTOR. I've had the opportunity to own other companies, create the C21CBR Relocation Dept., manage a Satellite office of C21CBR, and participate in the management of both Company locations.
Maya Angelou once said, "My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style." While working in, thru, and with the real estate community, I think it is important to have passion for the profession and to continue to improve my skills. It is of upmost importance to have empathy for my clientele and for the Sales Professionals who work for me. Buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions a person makes, and the role their salesperson plays in crucial. My role is to be a knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate leader. Humor is essential. Sometimes, all I can do is laugh because a particular situation is so unbelievable! Lastly, style: I have my own, as we all do. Again, it is my goal to be professional while personable and approachable.

Seller reviewSusan Barchik helped us to find the house we just sold when we moved there 6 years ago. We had been unable to find just what we wanted, and Sue thought of that house, which was a perfect fit. When we sold the house this year due to retirement, she was the only agent we considered, because we trusted her and were familiar with her knowledge of the area. Susan Barchik did an excellent job of listing our property, complete with ads, many photos and an online property tour. She worked with another Century 21 agent to help the buyers qualify for the purchase and go to closing. She helped us in other ways, including some last minute moving help and a "moving out" breakfast just as we were leaving. I would recommend her to any potential buyer or seller with no hesitation.
