We were first time buyers, she really took the time to explain the extensive process and expectations She was so patient and answered all of all questions (there were alot). She really made us feel like welcome and comfortable, like we were her only clients. Her extensive knowledge of the Carmel and Westfiled area made narrowing down the House search a breeze. With her advice, we were able to successfully put in an offer on the first house we saw and close quickly. She made the whole experience easy! I would absolutely recommend Susan to anyone that is looking for an agent!

Buyer reviewFrom the moment we walked into an Open House and met Susan, through signing her on as our buying agent and all the way to the closing table, she was AMAZING! She patiently took us to a number of houses to help us find just the right one, always taking the time to listen to our needs and wants so she could best target our search and save us time and energy. She negotiated fiercely on our behalf, and talked us down from the brink when we had concerns about the property after inspection. Thank goodness we found Susan lead us through the process to our new home!
