Susan Henry was consistently at our side. She was incredibly patient and knowledgable, even when we changed course a number times. She seemed to effortlessly keep things on track and moving along, which is certainly a great help to us. After about four years of looking at houses and changing our minds a number of times we found the one to buy, and Susan was there every step of the way. She was always very accessible and very good at quickly arranging the showings. And she always had good advice. She knows her stuff.
