I've lived in the Manalapan/Marlboro area for the past 40+ years and have lived in New Jersey all my life. I raised my family in Manalapan and both of my children stayed in the area. I am very familiar with Monmouth/Middlesex counties, but am able to work in any part of New Jersey. I graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS degree in Business & Marketing. Seller reviewSusan Kaplan did a great job on selling my home. She went out of her way to help with any problem we had with the town or sellers lawyer. When I felt discouraged she helped with encouragement. Susan was knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate from selling my home to finding me a new apartment to rent. In one weekend after listing she had 30 prospective buyers view my home and even helped the buyers realtor get the house to close. She provided me information to get the house ready to sell, with contractors and lawyers names to help me. Susan dealt with some of the frustrating details we had on getting permits approved and she never gave up with great advise when I needed it. I would highly recommend Susan Kaplan to anyone interested in buying or selling their home. I learned from seeing buyers realtor the importance of user a realtor with experience to get a house to close. Her connections and knowledge helped me get through a difficult period. Before the close my Mom ended up in the hospital...Susan Kaplan made sure nothing was left undone and I will always be grateful for her help.
