Literally the only thing my wife and I had to provide was excitement for our home when we found out which one was going to be ours, signatures, and a loan approval! She worked for us and that was great! I do not think we would have another home buying experience such as this again in terms of realtor. We would definitely use her again and refer her to friends moving to the NOVA area. Thank you Susan!

At no time did we have to "wonder" the status of contract/negotiations. We were kept apprised of all matters and given guidance when assistance needed to respond to contractual matters. Susan suggested a sales campaign which was executed and achieved desired outcome. Successful open house with considerable foot traffic; followed by individual showings resulted in receiving acceptable offer within 2 weeks, resulting in final contract and sale. Susan's assistance, actually lead in addressing inspection items, was just what we needed. She kept us informed but took the details and stress of getting items completed off of us, allowing for a smooth process. It was a pleasure working with Susan and I would highly recommend her to others.
