Buyer reviewWe have purchased and sold 9 homes over the course of 40 years and by far this was the easiest experience we have had due to the professional expertise and attentiveness of Susan Reeves. She was so generous with her time and really listened to us as we communicated the type of home we were looking for. We depended on her to do alot of footwork for us on the ground, including Zoom showings of properties, mortgage lending contacts, being present for inspections at our new home and walking us around during the inspections via facetime. Susan also set up other services ( housecleaning etc.) so our new home would be move-in ready when we arrived. Besides exhibiting her expertise in the real estate industry, Susan clearly has a gift for relationship- building with her clients, which afforded us, as her clients, the ability to trust her represenation throughout the homebuying process.
