She was efficient and professional. I had just had a bad experience ins selling my previous home in a different city. It was refreshing dealing with Susan who was very knowledgeable, explained the process and was there every step of the way..She was always willing to help whereas my previous broker and agent were like bumps on a log. She is definitely an asset to your company
