As soon as I let Susana know that I was looking for another route, she called me right away to ask basic questions and even connected us to a loan officer. We were able to get started right away and she provided us with a website that would update us when a home was available in the exact way we wanted it (3 bedroom, basement, etc). It was very hard to find something because of the competitive market but Susana was always so positive! She also knew so much about homes and areas we were considering which was helpful when we scheduled showings. Thank you Susana for everything!
