The small things that could have become larger problems were taken care of before anybody had to think about them because of Susie's knowledge and forethought. So having someone familiar to someone I knew and trusted was important when I would personally have to work with her. Susie was a pleasure to work with. This was my first house purchase so I had questions often and she was always very responsive to my needs and took the time to talk me through the confusion. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again in the future.

Buyer reviewWhen I saw the house online that I purchased I called the listing agent, Susie Peterson. I left a message, and she called right back. I wanted to see the house right away before I lost it. She made time to show it to me that day. I loved it and soon made an offer. She helped me with the offer and was right there by my side the next two months. There were ups and downs but she was always positive and professional and reassuring. Sometimes the wait was so long, but she kept in touch. She is such an upbeat person. She stayed in top of everything. After everything was done it was time to close. That went very well. Move- in day is soon. We have talked over everything and I know I can call her for help and advice anytime. She has become a friend. You will not be disappointed using her services and I highly recommend her.
