Not only did she point out very important things to us( which we would have missed) but she really had a sense of exactly what we wanted. There were some issues with Navy Federal's paperwork, I was very upset about . Suzanne stayed in close touch with us, and reassured us that all would work out. She stayed on top of everything, until all was straightened out. Happy with our new home, and so very grateful to Suzanne Chapman for all she did to get us in it!!
