Suzanne was AMAZING! She helped my wife and I as first time buyers who knew nothing. She showed us and educated us on things we had no idea even existed. She was quick to respond and always willing to help. Not only that, Suzanne still answers questions when I contact her and we've been in our home three weeks. Suzanne was very patient with us and explained everything we did not understand. Suzanne always responded to emails and text messages at all hours of the day. Our sale didn't go as planned but Suzanne got us through. When we were ready to give up, she kept us on track and got is through. She is the most understanding and caring person. I never once felt like a "payday" for Suzanne. She listened to me when I was having a hard time, never with judgment and always with an encouraging word. I wish we could've taken her with us to be our realtor here in Vermont as well.
