Buyer reviewSuzette went above and beyond for us. I am sure you see this a lot on reviews but she went to "infinity and beyond". From the start, we had issues with the seller's agent. Suzette took control of the conversation so we didn't have to deal with the frustration. She was so detailed that she noticed the sellers had switched the fridge, which was requested as part of the offer. She scheduled the inspection for us and met the inspector at the property. After, she came over to review the report and made sure we had answers to any questions we had. From there, she continued to stay on top of things, ensuring a smooth process for us. She was at the property the night before closing to ensure the final repairs had been done before we signed. She is a joy to be around and you know she is fighting for you! I don't think I could have gone through this process without her. Hands down, the best in all of Angelina county!

Ms. Grimes knowledge of staging and professional photos for the online sales presentation was outstanding. Her commitment to this rather difficult sale due to unforeseen circumstances was unconditionally amazing, her perseverance, patience and encouragement helped us get through what should have been a very quick and smooth closing. We (my family and I) do not think we could have found a better realtor to work with for the sale of our parents home. Combined with my earlier comments we would rate Ms. Grimes as a very professional, knowledgeable and overall "top-notch" realtor and wish her continued success. .

The sale fell through several times, but she was determined and we were happy with the price she was able to get for us in the end. She walked us through every step of the process and went above and beyond in every detail. Suzette was always available for us when we had questions or concerns and went the extra mile to be sure we were taken care of. She understood the market and was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process.
