Buyer reviewSylvia was always available to us in a very timely fashion. If we needed something, she was able to call the person or company to find an answer or expedite the problem. We had a 30 day closing, so time was of the essence. There were several deadlines that we needed documents or information for and Sylvia was able to contact the parties and obtain the necessary documents to meet the deadlines. We could not have been more pleased with how our purchase proceeded. I trusted Sylvia's opinion and advice. She had a warm, friendly, yet professional demeanor. She really made a stressful closing, due to time restraints, go smoothly. I would recommend Sylvia and because of her, Century 21 Broadhurst, to anyone.

Once you have closed on the house, she extends further customer service in helping you with any further information you need to help you settle into your home. The concerige service is a plus for someone who is not familiar with the area. I was very please with Ms. Hickman's customer service, I would highly recommend her to friends and family.
