Seller reviewTK Brown was wonderful to work with. She was very friendly and no question was unimportant to her. She went above and beyond to help me prepare the house to sell, did not put too much pressure on me to make changes to the home, and sold it very quickly for the perfect price that I was very happy with. Selling my home was stress free, and went very smoothly thanks to her. Cannot recommend her enough!

Seller reviewT K reached us via direct marketing. We had been considering selling our land but hadn't made a final decision. Her outreach to us confirmed that needed to move forward and sell it. While we disagreed with a couple of recommendations, we found T K to be quite knowledgeable about the area and utilized current techniques to make sure our land was sold quickly. In fact, we never disclosed this to T K but my wife and I thought our land would ultimately not be sold. However, we were pleasantly surprised to see that it not only sold, it sold fairly quickly. This is due to the superlative efforts of T K.
