We needed someone who was familiar with the area, could be patient as we tried to make a big decision, would be an advocate for us. Tami was excellent. She attended all meetings with the builder and helped push for answers when the builder provided vague answers. She knew the process and was able to explain it clearly to us. She also had great recommendations for other services when we needed it.
