Buyer reviewTami was incredible to work with. She took the initiative to help me with things I didn't know about when buying my first house and explained everything in an easy to understand and useful way. She wasn't overbearing or pushy and helped everything move along smoothly with ease. She also helped take care of a lot of the details so that I could continue working and not have to dedicate so much extra time into all of the legal details. I would highly recommend Tami Hicks as she is dedicated, smart, has abounding experience, responds quickly and makes the process so smooth.

Seller reviewWe have worked with Tami in the past. She has a lot of experience, listens to what we need/want and is understanding and smart. Our sale was hard. It had a lot of complex details and was pending and failed because of the buyers financing. We had several offers and it was a really stressful situation but we trusted Tami with the sale and we would trust her again. Tami does a great job. We are hard clients and expect a lot but she was patient, kind, and respectful. Tami's assistant always goes above and beyond as well as the other office staff. It was a very stressful sale but it wasn't because of our side. Tami handled the ups and downs of the transaction well and our brokers were there to give her advice when it was needed.

Buyer reviewTami Hicks did great and was there every time we needed her to be there and then some! She even offered to come along when the seller invited us over to look through their furniture to see if there was anything we wanted to keep. She was very helpful during negotiations and got us an accepted offer below our ideal buying price. We had a few hiccups with the mortgage lender and ended up switching last minute but Tami was very helpful while we were trying to navigate through and she always had our backs and our best interest. She did everything in her power to double and then triple check that we would still be able to keep our closing date, even with switching lenders just a couple weeks out! My brother and sister have both utilized Tami's services and we will all continue to recommend her in the future!
