She handled most of the workers and inspections for me because I had already moved and was unable to be there most of the time. While in town to work on the house and yard, Tami gave me some great advice on what needed to be fixed and she even picked out the color I painted the inside. Since we were purchasing a home on acreage, we wanted a professional who knew the ins and outs of water, propane, irrigation, etc that comes with a country property. In addition, Tami's knowledge of home building helped immensely when navigating the home inspection process.
