Personal Profile
As a native of North Carolina, I have loved every city and town. But since the 1970's, I moved to this beautiful, waterfront city of Washington, NC. With it's vast history and friendly downhome folks, I was hooked. Living here has allowed me to volunteer for charities and participate in activities centered around helping the community grow and thrive. I am a Director for our Washington/Beaufort County Board of Realtors and member of the Chamber of Commerce. Having been an owner of two businesses and working in engineering at Fountain Powerboats in the area, I learned the importance of striving towards your goals. As a full-time real estate broker, I take pride in my career. Going that extra mile for my buyers and sellers to make their transaction as easy as possible is my main concern. But knowing also, I will be there for them even after the sale.

Seller reviewTammy Berry did an outstanding job! She went over and beyond to make this sale happen! She was always available for questions day or night and weekends. She kept our family informed of everything going on with the house showings throughout the process which is important on a sellers end to know what is going on. This was a long process for various reasons and she was always there to reassure us that we needed to hang in there because the right buyer would come along and IT DID! Without her hard work and determination this sale would not have happened! So, a BIG thank you from our family for that! We felt like she took very good care of us and would definitely recommend Tammy to someone looking to sell or buy a house! We could not have asked for a better agent than Tammy!
