Personal Profile
As a native of North Carolina, I have loved every city and town. But since the 1970's, I moved to this beautiful, waterfront city of Washington, NC. With it's vast history and friendly downhome folks, I was hooked. Living here has allowed me to volunteer for charities and participate in activities centered around helping the community grow and thrive. I am a Director for our Washington/Beaufort County Board of Realtors and member of the Chamber of Commerce. Having been an owner of two businesses and working in engineering at Fountain Powerboats in the area, I learned the importance of striving towards your goals. As a full-time real estate broker, I take pride in my career. Going that extra mile for my buyers and sellers to make their transaction as easy as possible is my main concern. But knowing also, I will be there for them even after the sale.

Buyer reviewTammy has a way of talking to anyone and making them feel at ease. My situation was not expected and it took a little over 90 days to close. She continued to make the seller at ease and the sellers buyers agent in which she was going to purchase a condo. The other real estate agent always knew what was going on so he could relay to his sellers that everything was fine and that the closing date had yet been moved again. In the end everyone was happy and there were no glitches. As far as I am concerned she is the BEST.

Seller reviewDuring the Covid19 shutdown we spent a very long and difficult vacation week getting our home of 20 years ready for sale. We were to meet our original broker at 3PM on Friday. At noon that day, we were called and told she was not taking new clients after all, and did not offer any alternate agents. Another broker we knew told us the same. When we spoke to Tammy, she said don't worry, I'll be there at 3PM! Our home sold at its first showing. Availability on short notice, experience, personality, and excellent communication made Tammy Berry the right broker for us. She was wonderful and will remain our broker.
