Buyer reviewWe knew the property we purchased would not be available for long, due to the current market. Teresa called us back after our first call to her, and we met on a Sunday to view the property. She had paperwork with her to be able to answer all of our questions. A contract was written, and she explained what the next procedures would be. She was very thorough in providing any paperwork necessary. The closing was simple and only took 20 minutes.
