BJ Although Teresa is very young, she has the attitude of one who has all the necessary experience of a much older agent. Plus the fact that she is very patient with those who have a tendency to get a little upset at times -- the nature of the "beast"!! She never loses her "cool"!!! They are as good as "it gets"!! They handled a difficult sale with aplomb and excellent poise. We appreciate this as we were going through a lot at the time.
