She truely treats you like family, we her being caring, understand and loving. Her knowledge of the region and market was outstanding, she put us in the best possible position to sell our home in a very very short period of time for what price range we wanted. She was able to get the listing out quick and easily with all the information needed. The discretion she provided for the home was spot on and very kind. Thus allowed us to get the proper buyers in to see the home. We are very thankful for her hard work and loving character. With being our first time buying a home it was very stressful trying to find the right one. Tammy helped us understand the in's and out's of what we were looking for. Although we were eager to buy, Tammy would not let us settle for just anything. Trust me when I say I am hard to work with, due to my constant change in mind. All in all, we're so happy with our first home and made the right choice selecting Tammy to be our agent. Tammy has been a long time family friend with only our best interest in mind. With the market being a sellers market, putting an offer in on time was a race for first. After visiting the house we put and offer in that day. Tammy was fast and on top of the whole process. It was incredible.
